Kickoff session (30–60 min): We map the outcome, audience, and 6–8 core milestones from your process.
Pain Point understanding & customization: We spend time to deeply understand your biggest pain points and we adapt content, intake questions, deliverable types, and checkpoints to get you to where you need to be.
No-code assembly: Our team creates the Path in the DashPath editor — modules, forms, reminders, and optional live session slots — so it's production-ready.
AI setup: We wire basic AI prompts and feedback rules (auto-summaries, practice prompts, and custom content generation) where useful.
Review & pilot: You review a short pilot with 2–5 users; we tweak copy, timing, and nudges.
